The early prototype version was redesigned and one of the first pieces introduced to the Dust line by Jessie & Vincent together in 2005. At the time， Vincent and Jessie were still dating and Vincent was working out of his basement studio in Chelsea， Michigan. In 2012， Vincent redesigned Bookcase No.1 again to reflect his developing sense of proportion and style. The newly released piece was made notably larger and its form refined. The result is a truly stunning bookcase with which will stand as a bold accent in your home and provide ample shelving space.Bookcase No.1， like all pieces of Dust Furniture， is made to order and built in the Dust studio in Valparaiso， Indiana.
